Prior to founding HyuTuja, Mr. Noh spent over 15 years at KKR and Goldman Sachs, connecting institutional capital with cross-border private market investment opportunities including S. Korea commercial real estate.
In 2022, he founded HyuTrust, a placement agent firm that has since raised over $ 1 billion in commitments from Korean LPs by introducing global real estate funds to institutional investors.
Mr. Noh holds a BSc from Seoul National University and is fluent in both English and Korean.
Prior to joining HyuTuja, Mr. Kim was a real estate portfolio manager at the National Pension Service of Korea (NPS), focusing on domestic and global real estate investments.
He previously held investment roles at Samsung Life Insurance, South Korea’s largest insurance company, and Mastern Investment Management, a leading Korean real estate asset management firm.
Mr. Kim holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BSc from University College London. He is fluent in both English and Korean.
